Zynhar (鑫海文化) provides a Chinese naming and cultural analysis service. We use birth details, naming preferences, order information, and support correspondence only to provide the requested report, support customers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem receives payment and transaction information under its own terms. Zynhar does not store full payment card details.

Post-purchase details

The post-purchase form uses FormSubmit to send your order number, payment email, birth details, and naming preferences to hi@zynhar.com without opening an email application. FormSubmit processes this information only as the form transmission and email-forwarding provider. Do not provide a street address, identity-document number, or payment-card details.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referring pages, device types, and website performance. The service does not use cookies and is not used for cross-site advertising tracking. Cloudflare processes only the technical data needed to provide aggregated analytics on our behalf.

Retention and sharing

We retain order and support records only as reasonably needed to provide the service and comply with applicable law. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service or when required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hi@zynhar.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
